Hey guys, So I just found this new video posted yesterday on this channel I've never heard of. It touches on some interesting things so you might want to check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Puc3Fcovkz4He basically said almost nothing on the Sims 5 but he said some interesting things about bunk beds and disabilities in the game. He mostly talked about Spark'd which is a bummer but I recommend you watch the interview. It's fun.

I find it interesting that their named spectrum was The Sims to TLOU2.Sims Spark'd has not interested me from the beginning, and it still does not. That being said I do not really like reality TV or challenge play either, so it should not be surprising. This interview really did focus on Spark'd.)I have to agree on vampires. I think 4 has done them the absolute best. Too bad it did not pan out quite as well with casters. (Witches used to be my favorite life state for 2 and 3.)The spin off question felt super dodged, kind of like the gamepack (in fact it makes the title/intro feel a little click baity), but I miss my spin offs. Medieval, Urbz, and Castaway especially really have a place in my heart.Hm... Some is subjective, some... Interesting interview. I wouldn't say no to a season 2 of spark'd.I like the fact that spin-offs were mentioned, I didn't see that coming. My guess is that they don't have any specific plans for a spin-off, but I really, really, really hope they make one in the future. Spin-offs have been an interesting addition to the game and I would like to see something new.I like the fact that SimGuruNinja reacts as if he has no idea about the icon leak and the speculation. :D It was funny.I also believe (from what he said) that we won't have a Sims 5 soon. He won't say anything about TS5 until they officially announce that TS5 is on its way. SimGurus are officially not allowed to offer commentary on anything not announced (and even then, they're somewhat limited until it releases.) Their ability to keep quiet is a condition of being a SimGuru.

It didn't used to be like this.

@KaeChan2089 it's always the case...anyone working for big production companies (or small) has to sign very serious legal non disclosure agreements for every single project they're working on. They have to promise not to say anything to anybody until the day they can officially announce the product's release. If a staff member accidentally gives away something about the project, they can get in deep trouble.....and it's not always easy to keep a secret.

The thing I got from that interview is that now they have no longer an excuse to say bunkbeds are hard to make since the modding community already released some. Also, it was good to hear him admit that even they didn't think the Sims is a suitable base for competitions, maybe there is hope after all.

No I doubt anyone got fired over this. Maybe they got a warning if it wasn't intentional.
But obviously it wasn't a big deal if no one noticed the background image that was left onsite, because it means no one checked for further errors and it was left entirely up to the web designer to fix it. If it was that serious a whole team would have double checked to ensure no other leaked images were present.
Although the damaged was done so it didn't matter either way...
