Nightmare Revisited With the Latest Content Patch!

Yes, BUT Origin only updates automatically only when you start it up, IF you have Origin already open, and it needs to be updated, then you do see that message in upper bar of the client, "you have a content patch available, hit refresh to download" :)

It is not a game update :)
