No more Happy Toddler reward trait?
In my game the two recent toddlers aging up with all 5 skills level 3 or better, earned no "happy toddler" trait. I added it by cheat, but now I wonder if this bonus trait is no longer an active feature? I liked that there was a purpose of building toddler skills. I hope the effect is still there.
First time I noticed the sim did not get the trait was before the infant patch, so I don't think it is was caused by the infant updates.
