Are you firing the Butler because of her baby? You could keep the butler and hire a nanny instead. Wonder if she will take the baby with her if you fire her or she quits after she gives birth.
I'm concerned she will quit to take care of her own baby. Which I support in RL. So, we'll see what happens.
