Opening the vet clinic
Have bought a vet clinic, but I don't understand how to get the customers to come?? They are not coming automatically.

I can't treat patients anymore, when I click on a sick animal, there is no option to greet a patient, just the regular introductions when greeting people. After the introduction, you still can't do anything. I've even tried quitting and starting up the game again, anyone know what to do?
