Owning store causing Reputation loss?

I've had similar, not owning a place but my vampires being accused of biting without asking even tho they've not bitten anyone, even my actual klepto didn't get accused, only my goid Sims have been, I hope it's a bug they can fix

If they are celebrity use the PR on their cell and can ask for story to get goid rep added back, it helps just may have to do it alot

PR isn't for all celebrities, it's only if you actually spent fame points to earn the PR perk.

I think that if any Sim sees any other Sim attempt to steal something, then for some reason the blame gets attributed to you.
Running a retail store, you've probably had a few customers come in who are Kleptos and probably try to steal a poster off the wall or something.
In clear view of literally every other customer in the store.
It might be triggering this bug.
