Yeah, I'd really like this, but for any sim, not only those in apartments. I think it would suit the Landgraabs very well to pay others to tend to their 6 horses. In RL this is quite normal, I think rather few keep their horse on their home lot. A community stable lot would be fine for this, or just a rabbit hole service. It will be sad that my animal loving sims won't find a way to keep a horse just because they live tightly and also needed room for a car...
