Paying Bills in the dorms
My Sim can't pay her bills from her inventory and now her electric has been shut off! HELP!

- You can pay the bills by using your sim’s PC or mobile phone.

I tried paying them from the mailbox. She was able to pay her student loan but not her bills. I finally figured out to pay them by the phone so now the entire dorm has lights again! I did see that it is a know bug. Thanks for all your help
