Peer into Soul + Bloodlines/Inherited Traits

Unfortunately it's still not working. I created a bug report for the inheritable traits specifically. I expect traits like mental magister, werewolf ally en immortality from potions can be regained but the inheritable traits are impossible to acquire again so this in my opinion should be fixed
Millslyte (and anyone else who wants this fixed) please add a me too to the bug report.
