[LD] Peer into Soul interaction misses inheritable traits

When a sim gets reborn with the life and death expansion pack, there is an option to regain traits from a previous life. The list of traits that can be regained is long but the inheritable traits are missing.

This poses a problem because there is no way to regain these traits for a particular sim during life. It is strange that exactly these traits are unavailable while a lot of traits sims can regain can be recalled in front of a mirror.

I am talking specifically about:

spellcaster bloodline traits (realm of magic)
sulani mana (island living)
greater wolfblood (werewolves)
dormant wolf (werewolves)
Father winters baby (seasons)

I play on pc, with all EP except lovestruck, all GP and all SP installed.

To reproduce this situation:

have a sim with one of the above inheritable traits be born, for example the child of a spellcaster or a sulani elemental.
let them be come a ghost
complete the entire soul's journey (including the levels that can only be achieved as a ghost)
go to the magical lake in the Mourningvale neighborhood in Ravenwood and be reborn
peer into soul on a mirror as soon as your sim is a teen or adult
the inheritable traits are missing.

The High School graduation traits seem bugged when performing Peer Into Soul on a Reborn sim who formerly had one. I had made a teen super-sim for the express purpose of passing some of the teen-specific traits onto an adult sim, but Valedictorian never showed up in the list of assignable traits on the Peer Into Soul menu. I accidentally confirmed this was reproducable because I assumed I'd messed up, so made a new sim, went through the same process, checked it was there before Rebirth, and it still wasn't afterwards. I then made the sim graduate early instead, Rebirth, and sure enough, the Graduated Early trait wasn't there, either.

I did wonder if it was because they aren't labelled specifically as "Reward trait" in the Simology panel, but then nor are aspiration bonus traits (like Muser, Quick Learner etc) and they do show up in the list. So this might just be how they're tagged in the background. This is a frustrating issue, as a key benefit to Rebirth is being able to reobtain traits that may take a long time and/or a specific play style to unlock.
