plasma jam?

I was just wondering how do you make plasma jam? I'm just asking cause my vamp is at the lore level where she can make plasma fruit salad which I've already made and have a plasma tree but I don't have or haven't found found the option to make plasma jam. So do you need to be a master vamp or is it under one of the other categories other than cooking? Does anyone know or can help me?
