Please EA: Fix our Vampires!! UPDATED NOVEMBER 2019

I started this thread on December 2018. I waited for many fixes for months, but at the end bug get fixed. UPDATE: The new patch November 25th, even if it is not listed, fixed this bug: Vampire...

Can you indicate what is the matter here? I've just started a vampire play through and would like to know what problem I'm looking for?
