Please Help! Infant Crib Mobile Upgrade Isn't Showing Up

Question

I've upgraded my infant cribs &amp; the mobile doesn't show up. I've removed mods &amp; cc. nothing is working. Please help !! The interaction to still play a lullaby works but you can't see the birds or the space
