I tend to use mods that fix bugs in the game and allow me to control the sim world more. I’ve also added some mods to add new lot types for story telling. I like some of the game play mods but I haven’t used them much yet.
As for cc, I use waaaay too much. It’s 98% maxis match, but there are a TON of good mm creators on tumblr. I have pretty solid anti virus software & I use adfly skipper and a bunch of other chrome extensions. So no problem so far.
