Pregnancy body changes different per sim? Body changes after multiple births?

Also during the 4 pregnancies did you notice a difference during pregnancy for the same sim in their stomach/size expansion? Like was the first time smaller change where the second was much large and third smaller and fourth middle ground - or did they look the same each time outside of the mentioned hips and butt changes after?
