Death in sleep has a chance to happen when the Elder sleeps and their age bar is sparkling for the end of life "birthday"

Death Flowers don't have an arrangement of their own, but at level 6 Flower Arranging (iirc) you can "Scent Bouquet with..." different flowers. This is what gives them various effects when gifting them. You need ANY bouquet, scented with Death Flower to give it this effect when gifted.

I have a goal with a childish sim called "I want today's youth to know how hard it is to grow up!" But I can't find any interaction when he tried to talk to child sims

I have a childish sim who just completed this goal. Have your sim introduce themselves to a child, then click to talk to them again and hit "more choices" you should see a piece of paper and pencil next to "warn X about growing up." It wasn't under funny, friendly, etc, it's on its own.

The mark of evil tattoo is not showing on my sim. I would like to know where is it located on the sims body and what does it look like, better if someone can post a photo. 

They are on the arms (Evil on left/Good on right, matching old beliefs about left-/right-handedness). Though they are technically forearm tattoos they do predate B&H so may be found in the upper arms section. You can also apply them via a self-interaction when you unlock them as a Ghost.

No, it's always white like on the Gallery. There are CC versions out there with custom backgrounds, so you can likely override it too.

You entrust an entire household with the kids/pets, rather than an individual. You have to know a Sim in the household and there must be someone YA or older.

Like when passing Heirlooms on death, these Dependants disappear from the original household to a safe place, and are received upon the reading of the Will.

Also, each Dependant is handled individually, so you can split up siblings, send pets to separate households, send horses to an appropriate home or keep kids and/or pets together.
