Can we at least make pumpkin pies now?

Iron Seagull showed a sim baking a pumpkin pie. It looked pretty nice. I think there was a pumpkin conserve and a pumpkin stew as well. But sadly the new pumpkins do not seem to work with the pumpkin carving table from Spooky Day, according to him.
