Nah, I just don't see the point. No one ever bothers to list what was used, so whatever you download is going to look different than what is presented, most of the time. Sure, once in a while you might download something that looks great even after all of the CC gets removed, but that's literally just a guessing game. With a CC-free creation, I can know I'm getting exactly what I'm being presented and I can add my own CC to it afterwards if I want to. And there are so many nice CC-free creations out there that I've never felt the need to go digging in that category.
I'm mostly referring to lots, by the way. I don't use the gallery for sims, but if I did I would probably have the same answer.
