Question for anyone who plays a home in Brindleton Bay

I noticed that too. I feel like when I played there a couple of weeks ago there was a lot more activity but now there's virtually none, other than stray animals. (I was playing the house across from the Hecking house.)

Well I play there a lot too and did not notice the lack of walk-bys because I have club friends over all the time. It gets so busy sometimes with the cleaning crew there at the same time as the teen gamers and the kid's swim club. It's a relief when I finally send everyone home. Then the next day it's the movie club and the foodies. Every sim in my household (which never exceeds five sims) belongs to three clubs and filtered by age and traits mostly. I have never relied on locals for visits. I even have a vampire sim there who invites one friend over just to have a drink from (lol) because he does not want to drink among friends and get hated.

Don't have my house there up and running yet, but a sim I've sent there to explore the place has found it rather devoid of live creatures of any sort. Other than the flying seagulls. Only interaction has been with a collie in the graveyard. Have noticed that the area with the backwards fishing sign has been fixed.

I've had homes on three different lots in Brindleton Bay and I didn't get a single visitor. I was fine with that, though.

I have a sim living in Bedlington Boathouse and get no visitors there. However, sims (humans, cats and dogs alike) spawn a lot at the beach, the fishing spots, the the nearby picnic tables and so on. Just not around my house, which is fine with me.

My sim leaves the lot often to travel to other areas. Maybe that's why. Try going through a loading screen and see if that refreshes your neighborhood and walkbys!

My neighborhood must be bugged too because the empty houses haven't been filled. Very annoying. That being said, I don't think I ever got any 'visitor' in my old lot either (I forgot which world it was at), but there were definitely lots of people walking by.

Honestly, I've had more visitors visit when my Sims live in an apartment than a house. If only we could give our house keys like we can our apartment keys.

My Sims live in the Harbour Area and literally nobody comes except stray cats and dogs !It's depressing

With this world pretty much dedicated to pets EP, I kind of figured it wasn't going to get the same type of living neighborhood vibe as the other worlds, which is why from day one, I set it up to be a vacation spot of sorts. I do have four families living there, but these are just your "wealthy" Founder types, that actually run/own the businesses/restaurants/hot spots in this world, and that I never expect to play, but felt it added to the realism of founders of a community, if that makes sense. It may not be OR, but at least it gives me another alternative for my sims until we actually get another vacation world, which I hope is sooner than later. ;)

It’s very secluded and like others I don’t get visitors. I can handle that. I was less keen on the smelly pets that would walk past several times a day.
