So I finally figured out that I need to make an Origin Avatar to have one on the in-game gallery but how do you make one in the Site Gallery? I'm assuming that there is a hierarchy system that won't let you until you meet certain criteria. I noticed that I started with a blue silhouette Question mark icon and now it is green with no question mark. I'm guessing this is because I uploaded some stuff. Any way, Anybody know when you can have an Avatar in the Site Gallery? Sorry....I get a little obsessive with details and when I can't figure something out/find the answer.Thanks! :D

I think almost all game companies are like that now. My guess would be to advertise all their other games. Although it is more efficient if you have multiple accounts with different games... now you only need one. Plus you can stay in contact with friends from different games. I mostly just Sim so it doesn't do me much good but I could see the benefits. BTW I figured out my original question... I had to set my privacy settings to "Everyone".

I had the same problem. But I got it to work just now. I changed the pic on my EA (Origin) account, I changed the settings for the profile to be public instead of private, I changed from 'Log in as invisible' to 'Not Log in as invisible' AND I changed the language settings to English (instead of my own language). And now it updated and connected the accounts - including pic! Finally!!! I'm not sure if it was because of all the chanegs or only one of them though ... Hope this info helps!

I used the same one I use here. You add it where you edit your profile. :)

NP...more curious than anything. I've seen the Blue silhouettes with the question mark, the green one with out the question mark & then some have Avatars. Wondering what the differences mean.

No, I think you were right the first time. Perhaps there is a delay to reflect the change. Don't know how long though.

Yeah...it's also the one shown with your uploads. My Origin avatar isn't shown...right now it's just a green silhouette of a head. for a while it was blue with a question mark. It makes me think that there is some sort of criteria that needs to be met before it'll show your customized one?

Does anyone know why The Gallery is linked to our Origin account, and not with our account from The Sims?

I still have a green person and when I changed to Jpg nothing changed, I don't know ..... :s
