Raj RasoyahYes I know! Most Simmers do not like Raj. He's a foodie chef, his mother is constantly nagging him to get married and have children. Nag nag nag! He has a bit of a round belly. He's unflirty... So what! In my game I remade his outfits. I played that his mother ended up going to another old matriarchal nag.. I mean a mother devoted to successful lineage, whom has a daughter that's also unmarried. Story-wise ended up being an 'arranged marriage'. Sounds sad? No! They end up clicking, fall in love and so far have two children. A girl and a boy. @simgirl1010 I don't dislike him or Geeta, but I think like a lot of the premades that people don't care for, they are victims of missed opportunities. They could have been made with a little more flair, better back stories, they're let down by little things. I have remade the Rasoyas several times and usually I age Geeta back to young adult and Raj back to teen or child. Sometimes he's still Geeta's son, sometimes Geeta's daughter. That way they can progress with a different, less cliche storyline.@Admiral8Q I really like your version of Raj. He's quite handsome.

In my game I interpret unflirty as somewhat or completely aromantic/asexual. Raj decided to adopt an infant and a toddler, and then another infant, on his own. He's now a happy single dad of three teenage girls, and has written several cookbooks. Many of my San Myshuno families don't have kids or only have one-- depending on how long I continue that save, the city could be overrun with Rasoyas XD(and Kibos-- Akira married a family-oriented townie)PS I wasn't aware that he was unpopular among simmers, where have you heard that? (If it's true I honestly wonder if it has more to do with the belly than anything else, it could be that many simmers don't like to see a range of body types in their game.)

I like Raj and Geeta. In my premades save (before I deleted it), he and his mom lived in different apartments but in the same building. I would have him visit her on the weekends for breakfast and to catch up. Geeta had a key to his apartment and made herself at home many times. I didn't get too far with that save because another idea took over, which also became neglected. I may have to go back and play them though. Raj is an endearing character in my opinion.

I like Raj a lot actually
I just haven't gotten around to playing him yet but he has this vibe of hidden prince charming like the guy dating app scammers want to be :lol:
and him being unflirty despite the setting is just a big mood tbh

his mother on other hand might be little problematic and picky but i love her too for that

I think I will eventually find Raj a nice girl next door but for now he stays single as i play my ts2 sims through first

He’s married to Hugo Villarial in my game.

I assumed that Raj was a taxi driver to make money to start his restaurant. Hugo met him and decided he’d be a good get away driver for mob heists.

They are enjoy cooking and entertaining other mob friends. Geeta made a play for Dennis Kim. But Vivian Lewis is in love with Dennis, so she poisoned and killed her with puffer fish.

Raj didn’t seem to care. But Raj and Hugo got an adorable kitten and named her after the dead mom.

Raj is dead by now, but he married Jade from Partihaus and had a very fat daughter with her. I don't have strong feelings about him or his mother.
