It`s not just MCCC, the game in some saves randomly changes Sims jobs. The random job changes, i have seen it since Cats and Dogs expansion.
Have not had my currant PC 3 weeks yet and it in my first game after downloading Sims 4 Clement Frost was not Farther Winter, he was replaced with an another male elder, most the townie Sims where unemployed as well. Had to start again with a brand new folder due to a gardening glitch. In next game he has been Farther Winter for 8 years so far. I have never used mods or cc on this PC.
