No one else has posted here, but I have another I want to share, so I'm reviving this lol. I forgot to take a "before" pic of this one, but I'm still quite proud of it, so here goes!
The sim I spotted was a spellcaster that spawned in the magic realm--looked kinda fun and cute, but hair didn't suit her, and just glancing at her everyday outfit from manage households it was...not great. She was also a teen, completely by herself! So, as the first part of the "makeover", I used genetics to give her a mom!

I then went in cheated to give her higher level spellcaster stuff, spells & potions, skills, ect, so she's a fully functional sim! Here's another couple pics

I won't spam with lots of other pics, but I uploaded them to the gallery in case I want to play them later, if you want to take a closer look. They're under the name "Magic Mother/Daughter":
