Randomly Gaining Aspiration Points?

What mods do you have?

I've seen this too. Every so often a random aspiration point will just be added to my tally. I do have mods enabled but nothing intensive - just MCCC and some LittleMsSam and TwistedMexi tweaks.

I had this happening like a year or so ago. It was a mod causing it and removing the mod stopped it...but I do not recall which mod it was.

Idk if it's a bug but I have seen my sims gain 10 or 20 points here and there. I think they get them from completing career daily tasks and participating in events like festivals. I'm not really sure as I would need to test it out but if this is the case it may because they added the option to turn off whims and they thought sims needed other ways of earning points outside of actually completing their aspiration and holidays (if you own seasons).

@ventusmatt, you cannot turn "off" whims...just hide them. They still exist and can be fulfilled even when hidden. You cannot see what they are, but they are still present and can be fulfilled if you or your sim randomly do the right things, earning the aspiration points just as always if you do so.

I fixed it. It was the UI Extension mod

I’m having this problem too now. I took out the mod but it still does it
