Ah sorry it's always a bit hard to select good options for everyone :) but if it's a 6.8 I'd go with 5-6 myself. If it's a 7.0 then 7-8 :D doesn't mean you give it an 8 (for me) but I can see why it might feel like that! Although for me it might even be an 8.5, but that's still 7-8 more than 9-10 ^^
