Hard to pick which category because I do enjoy it and on balance it's somewhere between 6 and 7 but I am frustrated with some of the lacking features and customisation options which I don't think we'll get like fully customisable apartments, hood layout, season order etc. and some of the missing details; teleporting out of lifts instead of walking out of them, babies stuck to the cot, no cars, firefighters, (we might get these one day) etc.
Also a lot of the time I feel like the action is happening in the notification wall and not in front of my eyes.
Seasons helped round things out into a richer experience but I'm patiently waiting to see if they add any other new systems to the game to help round out the game play further.
