I guess the way to be more relaxed is to do less classes. Maybe 2 at a time?
I tend to go for 4 at once as I like them to complete uni in only 3 semesters, but yes it is fairly full on.
There is a little spare time, especially at the weekend, but mostly its work, eat, sleep. Though, so far, I have wanted my students to get an A+, i guess you could work less if you're not aiming for top grades.
