I have always (and asked for) no teeth. Couldn't be that hard!! My elders need no teeth and that is a very small detail, but one that I would love in my game.
I also love the gap and crooked teeth, and the others choices too!
A lot of young people in my state have no teeth too or a ton of missing teeth. I wouldn't mind more teeth options in the game.
