Remove Lot Traits?
Is there any way to remove the lot traits on the apartments? I know some are removable on the prebuilt apartments at Myshuno, but some like historic, I can't seem to remove it. I really hate the plaques on the wall.

Some lot traits are not able to be removed or added to other apartments or houses.
Historical is one of those traits. Great view,Service Apartments, Lively Neighbours, Needs TLC, Quiet and Romsntic Fireplace are the other unremovable traits, - OK, thanks rosemow! Hopefully there will be a cheat to remove those traits soon.

- You can always place a picture over the plaque with MOO.
I find a sim-painted canvas, sized up once, is thick enough to cover the plaque.
You could also build walls around it, and make it into a chimney breast or accent wall. - @EmmaVane That's a good idea. Thanks! I will definitely try that.
- Trust me historic is better than the other unremovable trait of "Needs TLC" because I constantly get green goop on my floor, mice, cockroaches, and the electricity always goes out. I'm best friends with my landlord since I call him over to fix things constantly lol. I wonder if there is anyway, when just building in the apartment, no sims moved in, if you can change the traits? Not sure, I'm guessing probably not.

You are unable to remove the "Needs TLC " trait.

I even bulldozed one of the TLC lots, but the mouse hole and the pipes remain there. Using MOO on the pipes doesn't do anything either. I wish there is a cheat to do that.
- There is a mod that allows you to remove them. I can't remember where, though. A Google search should point you in the right direction.
