Is there a way to remove plumbobs from sim's heads when taking photos? I don't mind seeing them as I play but they are kind of annoying in photos.

They're working on a cheat that gets rid of the plumbob I think. At the very least, they are aware that headlineeffects.off doesn't remove it.

I don't think so. In TS3, hideheadlineeffects also removed the plumbobs. It doesn't do it in TS4. I hope they fix it. I dislike having them there at all.

Or you know you could just edit the games ini file and completely remove plumbots...its very easy to do. I dont care for them myself at all and don't need them to "monitor" my sims. Sims are pretty good at telling me when they are tense, upset, ect without plumbots.To remove them from the game without using cheats simply go into this directory:C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\BinFind the file called Default.ini (should be first file listed) and drag it onto an open notepad. Then simply change the value of plumbot to 0 like this and save. I don't think so. In TS3, hideheadlineeffects also removed the plumbobs. It doesn't do it in TS4. I hope they fix it. I dislike having them there at all.

Before you take a pic, press the Tab key on your keyboard. It will remove the UI tho.

Cool! I didn't know the cheat was working. What I have been doing is selecting a sim that wasn't going to be in the screenshot, so only he/she had the plumbob.

A quick trick is to hover the mouse over your sim. This makes the plumbob disappear in place of a name tag, but the name tag doesn't show up in photos. ;)
