Renaming in Manage Household
We're supposed to be able to rename our households, right, in the manage households screen? Every time I have done it, what I renamed it has reverted back to the original name when I reload the game. ...

I can't confirm it tho since I don't play with any mods. You are editing the name correctly; so to test out, you have to just take out your mods. If it still causing problems, you can try to repair your game.
