Request for a small gym / spa / dojo that would work in Strangerville

I am looking for basically a small spa / dojo that would work as a celebrity getaway / "rehab" / whatever with a bouncer at the door (that I can fix myself) that works in Strangerville? Anyone having ideas?

I can work on something, I do this stuff all the time for my game. What size lot, and what packs do you have or if easier, which one you don't have? If you want it in a certain location, which lot?
