It's a nightmare. All the talking drives me nuts.
I did have a breakthrough today though. I opened up an internet shop which sells computers, cameras, those fortune cubes etc etc etc, and I set the prices at 100% markup, and finally I made a profit with my Sim owner working, and the employee just basically restocking sold items. Not one employee in any store has yet followed orders and rang customers up.
