Retirement suggestion?

Dag, Dag! Wouldn't it be nice to have the retirement option for adult and elder sims? When a sim reaches level 10 in a career, if the option to retire early so that you receive a pension and your sim can still work another career/job. I know it's possible for the elder life stage, but when playing "long" life span it can become a bit dull being in the same career. It's a bummer to lose the career progress when you switch jobs, and have no recognition. Just a thought. Sul, Sul.
