Rocks won’t spawn
I am trying to complete the fossil collection but I am having difficulty finding any rock ! It looks like my game stops spawning rocks somehow. Any idea how to fix it ?? Thanks.

- Are you in Sulani? I feel as if Sulani has a surprising lack of rocks.
- Yes I do live in Sulani but I visit willow creek and oasis spring and can’t find anything !
- Brindleton Bay near the water usually has a lot of spots to dig as well as the trash plant.
- A couple ideas that might help.
1. Get the Always Welcome reward trait and visit someone in the neighborhood where you do most of your searching. You'll be able to cook, sleep, take showers, etc. while you wait for things to spawn.
2. Become a spellcaster and use the Copypasto spell on a Fossil Rock before you Extract Fossil. You can make as many copies as you want and the fossils are still random. I got six different fossils out of 7 copies and I still have the original Fossil Rock. "calaprfy;c-17518897" wrote:
@jimbbq I've been having my sims collecting recently and I've noticed that spawn points do tend to randomise. One day I'll get a rock, the next day it'll be a frog log, etc. Just keep digging for things.
@calaprfy has a good point. There are some spots that always spawn rocks but others rotate between the different types of spawn items. In Willow Creek, behind one of the starter homes, next to the fishing spot is a spawn spot that was always either a rock or a dig spot. At least it was when my sim lived there.
