The options are: 1. Magic as a skill that everyone including vampires and mermaids can learn 2. Magic as an exclusive ability of a new life state separate from humans, vampires, etc.

I definitely want it to be a skill, because I want some of my vampires to be able to do magic. But I want it to be a detailed complicated skill, with lots of options, maybe more like the fame system.
