Male sims will jump into the arms of a male (or female) doctor sim using Check Hotness:

Male sims will not jump into the arms of another male sim if proposed to. They also won't jump into the arms of a female sim if she does the proposing


Female sims will jump into the arms of another female sim during a proposal (and I assume they would for Check Hotness):
