Scholarship amounts (mainly location based)
Has anyone figured out which world is the best and worst to live in to get that scholarship? All I have seen so far is that the amount says it is different depending on which world you live in. I have...

Not every skill has related one.
That's usually where I get most of my information is Carl's guides even for The Sims 3. He just didn't have amounts yet for the location-based one.
