Scientist Career- No Coworkers?

Hello.
When your sim goes to work the next day, see if there are co-workers there that day.
If there isn't, repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.
Also delete your cache files.

I posted on your other thread before I saw that you had posted on this one. It may take a few sims days for the game to generate the sims co-workers. Try keeping on going to work a few days and see if eventually they will be generated.

You can play as a different family in the neighborhood, have them join the scientist career. When you go to work, you'll see your original sim there (probably as the receptionist). I would suggest doing this with at least 2-3 sims. The receptionist usually didn't have crystals/metals for me to ask for. Repairing the game didn't do anything for me, but this worked immediately. Not sure if it makes a difference, but I always joined the new sim at work for at least one day to make sure everyone got added correctly. All of the coworkers I added were in different households.
