Scouting cheat?
Is there a cheat to max the individual badges for my sim? I'm on third generation and I don't have the patience anymore to work through the badges.

I'm having this same problem of being unable to finish two badges, the Young Scientist and Outdoor Adventurer ones. I have tried the traits.equip_trait ScoutingAptitude cheat and the Trait_ScoutingAptitude both to no avail. I'm not sure what else to do as the activities for the badges I do don't register on my sim child and wonder if I should just scrap trying to complete the last two badges.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it?
