Seasons - Trick Or Treat/Flower Bunny Problems

I know sometimes there will be an issue where the flower bunny won't show up. I had it once, but since then he's always shown up every time I made him a tradition. It's kind of annoying because unlike Father Winter he doesn't have a set time when he's supposed to show up so you never know what to expect :/
