Sometimes when putting on the topper your sim will put it on wrong (if you look, it will be at a slight angle). This appears to happen randomly and gives the sim an angry Moodlet. It is for comedic effect.
I didn't realize. I guess I should have figured when the buff had a picture of a leaning tree. LOL thank you
