4 out of 5 For Rent traits have a Self-Discovery moment (one of them doesn't even need Growing Together).
So then:
- Generous trait belongs in Virtues category and can thus replace Mean or Evil trait. Be nice and you may get suggested this unless your sim has Good and/or Proper trait(s).
- Nosy trait belongs in Social category and can thus replace Loner or Socially Awkward trait. Succeed in social interactions and you may get suggested this unless your sim has Insider, Outgoing, and/or Bro trait(s).
- Cringe trait belongs in Silly category. Be funny and Playful and you may get suggested this unless your sim has Childish and/or Goofball trait(s).
Wise is it's own special category. I have detailed it in the main post.
Reverse swaps seem to not have been implemented as there are no messages for Generous swap to Mean/Evil and Nosy swap to Loner/Socially Awkward.
Though some suggestion messages are funny:

seems to make just about everything their business, could they be a Nosy Sim? Makes sense, is the main character after all (according to them).
Cringe suggestion:
Uh oh, is kinda... you know... Cringe? I mean we've all had our suspicions, but is it time to face reality?
The only trait that can't be suggested is Child of the Village (perhaps for the best it seems).
Horse Ranch traits still don't have any self-discovery moments.
