I've had it happen once. What I thought was an ordinary hot tub woohoo, turned out to make one of them pregnant. I didn't check their action queue, because I was focused on other things, I wasn't paying attention to them at all. So I just let them carry on. Guess they decided to try for a baby instead? I have no clue. They ended up with twin girls as well.
