First morning in new house, sim sent to kitchen to do breakfast, fridge part worked fine, then did the can't get there bubble. It's not a kitchen routing or stuff overhead issue as the counter with breakfast on it was moved out to the spacious yard, sim sent to the counter, and still gave that response. Only mod is MCCC and it is not affecting anything. Tested with several other sims in same game save (same neighborhood and others) and they can cook just fine in their kitchens. Sim is one I use regularly and has not had the issue before.Any ideas? Thank you.

Do you have the Blazin' Ladles oven or one of the stoves that came with Dream Home Decorator? There's a bug with those right now

What's the new house's kitchen look like? My best guess is that there aren't enough counters for the Sim to complete the food. Sometimes they like to move to another counter before dumping the food on a plate and finishing it.

Sim does the can't get there thing when told to cook.

What's the new house's kitchen look like? My best guess is that there aren't enough counters for the Sim to complete the food. Sometimes they like to move to another counter before dumping the food on a plate and finishing it.

Kitchen is the Country Comforts, pulled right from the premade by EA bin. Lots of counter space. Sim insists can't get to the meal to be prepared. In the kitchen or outside.

Stove is the 'Pancakes at Dawn'. Sim never gets to the stove stage but is stuck at the initial prep after taking out of fridge.

Right click on an object or sim and there's a command Reset object. Not sure if you need to enable testing cheats first or not, but if you do, the cheat is bb.testingcheats true.
