Sim teen body fix aging issue? (teens using adult body bug?)
So I noticed for some of my teens, when I age them up SOMETIMES only slightly increases the proportions to "adult size" and sometimes it does not. At first I thought this was normal then I made a new teen and change her to adult and BOOM the changes were drastic.
I went back to my original teen and after a bit of playing around, I literally SLIGHTLY made her hips a TINY bit wider as adult and hit teen - boom her entire body changed aging down to teen. Aged up, again massive body change again. I had saved this sim before as a teen, so I merged the old one with the new one.
Long story short from what I discovered and this is very much a bug, sometimes when you make a teen it uses the default "young adult" body shape, so when you age them up they don't physically change. And when you age them down they don't change.
So far the only solution I have found is to make a teen, age them up and see if the body shape changes. If it doesn't then as a young adult slightly adjust the hips then age them down and it reverts to the teen body shape.
I have ZERO mods installed right now because I'm cleaning up my tray folder and reverting anything that had CC to non-cc, but this is effecting all my sims regardless if they used CC.
