Sims 4 Doctor Career House Call Bug?

My sim self's youngest son Carlin is in the Doctor career and just now Carlin got his very first house call. I click on the front desk and the game takes me to the Munch household in Windenburg. I look around for the sick household member and no one is to be seen. All of a sudden, three random sims not related to the Munch family enter the Munch household as patients!

Now surely on a house call, someone in the Munch household should be ill right?

No, In fact this is entirely typical for the medical career in get to work, though it does seem strange doesn't it?

This is why I don't do the house calls while playing that career.

Its the same as the Detective career. When visiting a crime scene, hardly any of the witnesses actually live in the house you are investigating.
