Sims 4 for PC

Hey, welcome to the world of The Sims 4! If you go into the menu, there’s a lessons tab you can click on to learn new things. Hopefully this helps, and I’ll comment back later with new information to help you with.

You click on an object for your sim to interact with it and they will automatically walk towards it.

Hi~! You should give the tutorial a try if you haven't already to get familiar with the controls and overall gameplay for the sims if it's your first time playing a sims game outside of mobile. :)

Have fun creating sims to fill up neighborhoods, just create a cemetery for when you want to kill off sims (taking the ladder away from the pool is a classic way to kill off many sims at once). >:)

Also, if you have mp3s on your computer, you can import your own music into the game that way sims can listen to your favorite tracks on different radio stations.

The ladder doesn't work for Sims 4. You need a fence or wall around the pool too as they don't need ladders to get out.

I was reading a few things online the other day and saw a news story that Sims 4 was available to download for free. Ive been playing Sims mobile and Sims freeplay on my phone and have really enjoyed them, so I couldn't pass up this download. My download finished earlier and I've played for a little bit. Thanks for all of the tips everyone. Can I visit other sims homes in other worlds and make more friends? I read a few websites and it sounds like it's a single player game and I would end up playing as a different sim if I were to visit another sims house. Can someone tell me how this works? And if my sim isn't at work, other than interact with other sims walking around, what else should I do with my sim?

It's a single player game meaning you aren't playing other real life people. Yes your sim can visit other people's houses and you can play those other people if you want to but you don't have to you can play your own soon. You going to manage worlds to play other people and click on a different family you want to control. You can also move other people in with your sim. You can play as many Sims as you want but only eight in each household. Have your sim get a career where you can fold into work if you want, Max have the skills, work on their aspirations, have them get married and have kids oh, really you can play however you want. And yes you can have them visit whatever world you want them to or move to any world.

It is a single player game as in you don't play with your real life friends connected to a server.

But, you can play your current active sim when visiting a sim's house. Just hit M on your keyboard to open the map and travel with your current sim.

There's a lot of things you can do in the game. The cool thing about this game is there is no right or wrong way of playing it. If you don't want your sim to interact with random strangers, you can get your sim to loads of other things like just drinking or dancing at the lounge or bar. Or maybe stay at home and build their skills such as painting or playing the piano. Get a pet (you need a dlc for this), etc etc.
