Sims 4 Neighborhood Stories: A Mistake From EA?

At least the pop up phone call questions don't effect your relationship, because I just had my Sim's best friend call and she asked should she have another baby, (She has 6 kids already and household limit is full) I just had her say no, and her friend agreed.
