Sims 4 not working

This is an issue I've researched on here for a while now. Multiple users across PCS and Xboxes are having the same issue since the new update. This has been posted on the bug reports page and been declined once for reasons unknown. I've posted to the console technical issues page and bug report page. 

My Sims 4 game will not load after I sign in. It loads to about 75 percent of the bar is full then the music fades and the game crashes black screen then back to the home page. I tried multiple times. I restarted my Xbox. I re-installed the Sims 4 and all of my expansion packs. I restarted my console multiple times and tried loading the game multiple times. I even went into offline mode. It just loads to about 75 percent of the bar is full then the music fades and the game crashes. Black screen then home page. Every single time. 

I just have no idea what to do. The game doesn't work. I spent so much money on it because I LOVE the game so please EA please fix it.
